We are expanding our offer with the "GREY PANTHER VILLAGE", which is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Rattana Village.

The rental price is between 16,000 and 20,000 baht monthly.
The maintenance is 1,000 Baht per month.

The Grey Panther Village is located in eastern Pattaya, Thungkolm-Taimun Road, Soi 15, in the immediate vicinity of the Rattana Village. Near the Swiss Sabai (Da Marco Restaurant) and Huai Chak Nok Lake.
